Return and Exchange Policy
All products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in good condition before being shipped.
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sex toys due to a change of mind. Please review your selection carefully before placing an order.
If you believe your item is defective or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and our customer service team will assist you accordingly.
Our priority is to provide a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience for every customer.
Processing Time
All paid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
Product Unavailability (Out of Stock)
In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable, our customer service team will notify you promptly and offer either:

a refund, or
-
an exchange with another product of your choice.
Order Not Delivered
A tracking number will be provided for every shipment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, you may be required to collect the parcel from the courier’s nearest branch.
When placing your order, please select a courier service you are familiar with and ensure your availability to accept delivery. Courier companies in Malaysia handle a high daily volume of parcels, so occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Fee for Returned Parcels Due to Non-Acknowledgment
If a parcel is not successfully delivered, the courier will usually hold it for up to 7 working days for self-collection. Please bring your tracking number when collecting your parcel.
If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a re-shipping or cancellation fee of RM35 or 10% of the total order value (whichever is higher) will apply.
Product Images, Videos, and Descriptions (Marketing Material)
Product images and videos are photographed at close range and are mostly provided by manufacturers or brand owners. If you require further clarification regarding size, color, material, quality, or functionality, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone before placing your order.
