Return or Exchange Policy
We will check all products and ensure they are in good condition before we send them to you.
We are unable to offer an exchange or return of products for change of mind on sex toys simply due to health & hygiene reasons. Kindly choose well before you buy.
However, if you feel that your product is faulty, do notify us within 24 hours from the date you receive your product. We will advise you accordingly.
We will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Processing Time & Cut-Off Time
All orders with payment will be processed and sent out within 24 hours (working days) from the time of payment.
Our company cut-off at 8pm daily. Any payments made after the cut-off time will be considered the next day orders.
Product Unavailability (Out Of Stock)
Our Customer Service will notify you for Out Of Stock products. We will advice you accordingly on refunding of payment or exchanging for other products.
Order Not Delivered
Shipment Tracking number will be provided for all orders. Kindly note that you/someone need to be at the given address to acknowledge the parcel. If not, you will need to collect the parcel on your own the the courier company branch. When you place the order, please choose the courier company you are familiar with and ensure that you are available to acknowledge the parcel during the delivery. Please understand that the courier companies in Malaysia handle a lot of parcels/shipments everyday. They do not work for you alone, so be reasonable and patience when there is a delay.
Fee On Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement
Should your parcel not delivered, courier companies will require you to do self collection at their branch. This is a very standard procedure and normally you will be given 7 working days to collect your parcel. Please copy and bring along your shipment tracking number if you need to self collect your parcel. If your parcel was returned due to non collection/acknowledgement, we do charge a FEE of RM35 or 10% of the total amount purchase (whichever is higher) for re-shipping or cancellation of order.

All marketing materials were taken at close proximity and mostly provided by the manufacturers or brand owners. If you need further clarification on size, colors, quality and funtions, please feel free to drop us an email or call our Customer Service.
We reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notification. With your purchase, you agree to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not make any purchases.
